The wedding itinerary is divided into 2 parts to accommodate time and budgetary implications for participants. the first group goes for the whole 14 days while the second group goes for the last 7 days.

Detailed Itinerary
Group 1
Day 1: Arusha
Pick up from the border entry point. Dinner and overnight in Arusha.
Day 2 : Arusha
Acclimatize in Arusha with the town touring in the afternoon.
Arusha, located in northern Tanzania, serves as a gateway to safari adventures in Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Known for its stunning landscapes, it boasts Mount Meru’s backdrop and vibrant markets. Arusha is a cultural hub, featuring diverse communities and historic sites, making it an appealing destination for travelers. It is the headquarters to East Africa Community.
Day 3: Tarangire National Park
Game drive Tarangire National park overnight at EcoBoma Camp located close to the shores of the Lake Manyara in Mto wa Mbu.
Tarangire National Park, located in northern Tanzania, is famed for its vast elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. The park’s diverse habitats support a rich array of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and lions. Renowned for its stunning landscapes, Tarangire offers exceptional game viewing and a serene safari experience.
Day 4 : Mto wa Mbu
Full day cultural activities, Masai, visit school (schools will be closed because of the holidays) Cosmopolitan tribes of Mto wa Mbu, fisheries, farmers and hunters. Overnight EcoBoma Camp.
Mto wa Mbu is a vibrant village located near Lake Manyara in Tanzania. Known for its cultural diversity, it hosts various ethnic groups and offers unique experiences, such as local crafts, agriculture tours, and cultural interactions. The scenic landscape and proximity to wildlife attract tourists seeking authentic Tanzanian experiences.
Day 5: Olduvai and Ngorongoro crater
Drive to Ngorongoro conservation area, Visit Olduvai Gorge, and game drive in the crater. Overnight Eco Boma camp. EcoBoma Camp.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania is a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its stunning volcanic caldera and rich biodiversity. Home to diverse wildlife, including the Big Five, it combines conservation with pastoralist communities. Olduvai Gorge, located in Tanzania, is a crucial archaeological site famous for early hominid fossils, including Australopithecus and Homo habilis, providing vital insights into human evolution and prehistoric life.
Day 6 : Lake Eyasi
Early in the morning drive to Lake Eyasi full day activities with the bush people (hunting and gathering fruits for our meal).
Overnight Eco Boma camp.
Lake Eyasi, situated at the base of the Great Rift Valley in Tanzania, offers a unique cultural experience. Visitors can engage with the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes, explore stunning landscapes, and partake in birdwatching.
Its serene atmosphere, diverse wildlife, and opportunities for authentic cultural interactions make it an unforgettable destination.
Day 7: Marangu
Church service in the morning Drive to Marangu for dinner and overnight.
Marangu village, located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, is known for its lush landscapes and rich Chagaa culture. It serves as a starting point for climbers. Visitors can explore traditional huts, taste local cuisine, and enjoy scenic hiking trails, immersing themselves in the vibrant local heritage.
Group 2
Day 7 : Marangu
Picked from the port of entry Transfer to Marangu for dinner and overnight at Marangu.
The Mandara Hut, located on Mount Kilimanjaro, serves as the first resting point for trekkers on the Marangu Route. Set amidst lush rainforest, it provides accommodation and meals for hikers. This cozy sanctuary, at an altitude of 2,700 meters, offers stunning views and an essential break before ascending further.
Day 10: Maundi Crater – Wedding Day/Exchange of vows
Enjoy breakfast at Maundi Crater, followed by the exchange of vows at the same location, complete with photo opportunities. We will have dinner and spend the night at Mama Alvin’s home.
Maundi Crater is located in Tanzania, near the southern slope of Mount Kilimanjaro. It is situated at an elevation of about 2,600 meters (8,530 feet) and is easily accessible from the Marangu route, one of the popular trekking paths to Kilimanjaro. The crater itself is part of a larger volcanic landscape and offers stunning views over the surrounding area.

- Vow Exchanges and Ceremonies: Due to its stunning backdrop and tranquil atmosphere, Maundi Crater is often chosen for weddings, vow exchanges, and other special ceremonies.
Day 11: Men Goat eating and Bridal shower – Kitchen Part, or Uchori. (Olasiva mentorship and lifeskills)
Day 12: Traditional Wedding Day
After breakfast, it’s Ngallo’s day, dedicated to clan members. We will gather for lunch at 2:00 PM and then prepare for the send-off ceremony, during which the groom will be formally given to the bride’s family.
Day 13: Wedding reception
The bride’s family preparation for the reception at Marangu stadium (Mangi ground). Relaxed afternoon or cultural activities , Marangu coffee tour.
Dinner at local pub.
Day 14: Honeymoon
Proceed to Zanzibar for honey moon or to your preffered destination.
