Youth Program
Day 1 – Arrival & Orientation (Nairobi)
Airport pick-up, check-in, orientation, safety briefing, team bonding, roommate pairing, dinner & overnight.
Days 2–6 – Workshops & Life Skills
Daily sessions on Life Goals & Leadership, Understanding the Human Body & Nutrition, Identity & Self-Confidence, Faith & Purpose Reflections. Includes Mt. Kenya Trek (Day 6).
Day 7 – Bonding & Cultural Exchange
BBQ & team-building, boys with male mentors, girls with female mentors, cooking, storytelling, traditional games, volunteering. Evening bonfire & reflections.
Days 8–9 – Career Discovery & Cultural Immersion
Career guidance sessions exploring paths in science, health, arts, business, and leadership. Guest mentors & roundtables. Vision board creation. Cultural visits, music, and dance. Peer sharing: ‘Where do I see myself in 10 years?’
Days 10–11 – Community Service Projects
Service placements in schools, clinics, or environment. Team projects (planting, painting, teaching). Reflection: ‘How service builds leadership & empathy.’
Days 12–13 – Masai Mara Safari & Culture
2 days safari game drives (Big Five), Maasai village visit with culture & conservation talks. Farewell dinner, commissioning ceremony, certificates & performances.
Day 14 – Departure (Nairobi)
Return to Nairobi, final reflections & goodbyes, airport drop-off or pick-up points.
